MerryGoRound has been in business for over 18 years. When sourcing products we have always asked the question 'Would we buy it?' Like any parents we want a good quality product that is also practical and at a reasonable price. By following this rule MerryGoRound has built up a good reputation for quality products at excellent prices.
Merrygoround imports Quality Designer, Fairtrade, orgainc and Bamboo Babywear and Toddler Clothing, Accessories, Washable nappies and Gifts from around the world.
Merrygoround Trade Store offer our brands wholesale to trade buyers with shops/websites. If you would like to stock our brands just contact us or register in our TRADE STORE.
In summer 2006 we moved into our 6000sq ft warehouse premises. We have our storage facilities, offices and factory outlet shop all on one site. From our premises we are able to give up to the minute information on products, stock levels and ensure our distribution runs smoothly as it it all ‘in house’. We also welcome visitors to view our current season and next season ranges.
We try, where ever possible to recycle all our packaging reducing our waste to an absolute minimum. We also aim to keep our energy usage as low as we can to lower our carbon foot print. Where practical we import our goods by seafreight from manufacturing source.

About Our Brands
MerryGoRound became UK & EEC distributor for Bright Bots in 2005. We had been selling Bright Bots products for over 4 years, so they were tried and tested!
The Bright Bots Trainer Pants are our best seller and our feedback tells us they really help with the potty training stage. Bright Bots also design good quality, practical and bright clothes for boys and girls N/Born to 3yrs, that are designed to fit over cloth nappies. With seasonal clothing collections and year round stock of +50UPF Sun protection suits, washable nappies and trainer pants and accessories. We are sure you will love them as much as we do! Our aim is to make Bright Bots a household name in the UK.
In 2006 we also launched Bright Bots premium baby clothes range called Max and Tilly. Max and Tilly range offers baby clothes from premature to 12 months. This premium babywear range has a traditional pastel palette and beautiful detailing. This range has proved to be a hugely popular gift range with the most common feedback being ‘what fantastic quality’. This range has seasonal collections with matching accessories.
Olliboo is the Bright Bots Organic range. This range is made with 100% certified organic cotton. This range is from Newborn to 12months with gorgeous pastel colours and fun motifs. Also in the collections are a range of products made from Bamboo. Stocks of this range are available year round with seasonal collections.
A fantastic range of wipedown overalls, pinafores and jackets made with PUL leather. Great Quality and styling. Also available a selection of Gum Boots, Lunch Bags and more ranges to come.

Merry Go round is the UK & EEC Distributor for Hooligans Kids Clothing. This range, manufactured ethically in South Africa with African cotton and have Fair Trade certification with with WFTO - The world Fair trae Organisation. This collection is for those of you looking for something a little different. The collections have an ‘African Vibe’ with ‘earthy’ colours. Lots of African Animal motifs and prints. The collections available in this range are available year round from Newborn to 7 years.
Hooliganskids clothing supports its workers and the local community in Durban, South Africa with Health and Welfare and by using worker co-operatives.
A seasonal collection of Contemporary clothing for Babies and Toddlers. With an extensive range of accessories, baby nightwear and gifts. We would strongly suggest that the clothing ranges are pre-ordered as stock is limited and in high demand.
Muslinz are our own brand ! we have always stocked muslin squares but found the quality available in the UK to be lacking - so we have made our own. Muslinz (a registered trade mark) muslin squares are a very high quality muslin with a finer weave and very soft. We have had an amazing response and in the first 6 months of production have had to order 4 times more to meet demand. Going forward we aim to have these in stock year round. Currently we have White, Blue, Green and PinK. We will be extending the range to include more products going forward.
Launched into the UK in 2010 are African Footprints ethically handmade leather shoes. These gorgeous soft soled leather baby shoes are made in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Being handmade we can choose the designs and colours of the shoes that we have made which gives us and our stockists a fantastic opportunity to order exactly the colours and styles required. MerryGoRound also has stock of a selection of designs for immediate delivery year-round. Sizes from Newborn to 2/3years.
Apple Cheeks is a washable Nappy system designed by two WAHM mothers in Canada. This system is one of the most flexible washable nappy systems we have seen and is high quality. The Covers can used with the Apple Cheeks inserts or any other terry or nappy. Also the cover can be stuffed as a pocket nappy with the Apple Cheeks insert with will come out in the wash – so no need to unstuff! Also available in the range are nappy bags and boosters and swim nappies. This range us hugely popular in Canad & USA and we want to do the same in the UK.
