Returning Goods

Before returning goods, we require you to send a notice of cancellation either in writing or by email.

If you cancel your order within the 7 working days, but cannot arrange for return of the goods, we will charge you for the cost of recovery.

All goods should be returned, at buyers cost,  unused in their original packaging, with original tags attached, to our address:

As soon as the goods have been returned to us, we will issue a refund or exchange for the original purchase and standard postage cost (if within 7 days).
