MerryGoRoundUK LTD is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information given at the time of ordering or when making an enquiry by whatever means is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We use the personal data that you directly provide to administer your order, and maintain our records. By buying products online you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data. All transactions that you initiate with Merrygorounduk.co.uk web site are confidential. Your name will not be added to any third party mailing lists.

Conditions of Use

Merrygorounduk.co.uk may revise these terms and conditions at any time. Users should check these terms and conditions periodically. Entering the web site will constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions, including recent changes, whether or not you chose to review these changes.

Cookies

Merrygorounduk.co.uk have cookies to enhance a user’s shopping experience. Cookies are used to keep track of a user’s shopping cart status and movement through the site.

Before entering your Card Payment Details, we will redirect you to Sagepay.com or Paypal who will complete the transaction through a Secure Server. Any payment data you give us is encrypted using a ‘Secure Socket Layer’ (SSL) session. SSL is an industry standard and is one of the best ways to ensure Internet messages are not intercepted. When using a secure connection a small padlock will be displayed in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. Please look for the padlock when you are transferring any of your personal details over the internet.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 14 working days from the day after the date of delivery. On cancellation of your order you have the duty to arrange the safe return of the goods in their original sellable condition, with all tags attached, at your own expense.

Product Specifications

MerryGoRoundUK LTD reserves the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All weights and sizes are given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different imaging devices. All goods are subject to availability.

Orders outside UK – to EU and Worldwide

Each country applies their own import duties,tariffs, vat and customs regulations. All fees are payable by the buyer to the delivery company on arrival. MGR LTD cannot be held responsible for any delays or reverse dispatch charges with may be incurred if parcels are refused or returned. 

If You Have a Complaint

If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately by e-mail to info@merrygorounduk.co.uk or by phone 01295 810008. All complaints will be acknowledged within one working day. Any complaint will be dealt with fairly, effectively and confidentially. These complaints will be dealt within seven working days. These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer’s statutory rights.

General Wholesale Information
 

You are welcome to view the products on the website, however, you will not be able to see wholesale prices or be able to place a Trade order without registering for an account with us. You can register here.

Once you have applied for an account, we will contact you to confirm activation. You can then use the Trade Store section of our website.
You will also receive our newsletter which will keep you up to date with new additions, special offers and other useful information.

When registering an account with MerryGoRoundUK LTD  you must have read, and agree to, the Terms & Conditions set out below.

Any information you supply to us when registering will only be used by MerryGoRoundUK LTD and will never be given to a third party.

Wholesale Terms and Conditions
 

Your log in Username and Password are for your use only and must be kept secure.
Any Person(s) found to be allowing others to use their log in details will be removed from the database immediately. (IP addresses are logged).Our minimum order is £50.00. Carriage paid order is £300 excluding VAT. (UK mainland only)
Orders under this amount will be charged at £8.50 carriage (UK mainland).All prices on our website are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. We can supply any mainland UK address, but if you are in Scotland, Highlands, Islands or outside the UK we may have to quote individually for shipping costs. Payment must be made at the time of order, and goods will not be released until full payment has been received.

Payment can be made by Credit card (no additional surcharges).
Payment can be made by PayPal (no additional surcharges).

Claims for shortages or damage must be made within 7 days of receipt via email to merrygorounduk@outlook.com

We cannot accept returns of “unsuitable goods” or change of mind. No refunds will be given as B2B sales are exempt for Consumer Contracts (formerly distance selling) regulations.

We cannot supply stock on a sale or return basis. All stock purchased is not returnable unless faulty in which case you MUST contact us first before returning.

If goods that you have purchased from us and then resold to your customer prove to be faulty, you must contact us to arrange their return.
You are responsible for the cost of the return of the the faulty item. We cannot collect faulty items from your customer.
However, it may not always be necessary for you to return faulty items. Please contact us first for instructions.

Whilst we strive to be in stock of all items at all times, this is not always possible.
We will notify you to let you know if any items are out of stock at the time of your order.

Any items not in stock at time of ordering will not be back ordered, but must be re-ordered at a later time.

If orders are received by 11am your order will be despatched by courier for next working day delivery where possible.

If your parcel appears to be damaged in any way upon receipt, or a parcel is missing, you must note this when you sign for it.
We cannot accept claims for a damaged delivery if you have signed to say the delivery is in good condition.
